How do I book a treatment?

Download the Get Beautify app from the App Store or Google Play, browse practitioners in your area, select a treatment, and book a time that suits you. You'll receive a confirmation straight away.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule directly through the Get Beautify app. Go to your bookings, select the appointment, and choose to reschedule or cancel. Please check the practitioner's cancellation policy as terms may vary.

How do I know if a practitioner is qualified?

Every practitioner on Get Beautify is verified. We check qualifications, professional indemnity insurance, and relevant registrations before they can accept bookings. You can view these details on their profile.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and comply with UK GDPR. Your personal information is only shared with practitioners you book with. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

What if I have a complaint about a treatment?

We take all complaints seriously. You can report concerns through the app or email us at [email protected]. We'll investigate and work to resolve any issues promptly.

Is the app free to use?

Yes, the Get Beautify app is completely free to download and use. You only pay for the treatments you book with practitioners.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app by going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number linked to your account. For full details on what data is deleted and retained, visit our account deletion page at get-beautify.com/delete-account. Requests are typically processed within 7 days.

How do I sign up as a practitioner?

Visit our practitioner sign-up page to create your account. You'll need to provide your qualifications, insurance details, and professional registration. Verification typically takes 2–5 business days.

What are the requirements to join?

You need a valid professional qualification in aesthetics or a related field, professional indemnity insurance, registration with a relevant professional body (where applicable), and the right to work in the UK.

How do I manage my bookings?

Once verified, you can manage all your bookings through the Get Beautify practitioner portal. Accept or decline appointments, set your availability, and view your schedule — all from one dashboard.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely through the platform. Clients pay at the time of booking and funds are transferred to your account according to our standard payout schedule.

Can I manage multiple locations?

Yes, you can add multiple practice locations to your profile and manage availability for each one separately.

How do I update my profile or qualifications?

You can update your profile details, treatments, photos, and bio at any time through the practitioner portal. If you need to update your verified qualifications, contact our support team and we'll guide you through the re-verification process.
